This area is known as Orchid Bay Resort (Point Alegre Development) situated in Warree Bight/Fresh Water Creek area, Corozal District in northern Belize Central America; this development is situated along the beach near Chunox Village. This location is only 40 minutes driving from Corozal Town. In addition is close to Cerros Maya area. This development consists of several cabanas, restaurant, swimming pool and private homes. The area has been developing in a slow pace because of infrastructure and accessibility, however with upgrading of the Sarteneja road it is expected that traffic will increase and prospects will increase. This location is a gated community that provided safety for home owners, visitors and prospect buyers. This area is a calm and tranquil area far from the hustle and 9 bustle of the city. The demand for land along the beach or near the beach in on the increase hence this location can be considered marketable and can attract a high value in the open market.
