About Me

Since beginning her real estate career in 2018, Aloma Alzina Avilez Hall has built a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and dedication to her clients. With an extensive background in education, legal drafting, and development, Aloma offers a unique and comprehensive understanding of both the human and technical sides of real estate.

Holding a Master’s Degree in Government (International Relations) from the University of the West Indies and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies, she combines academic excellence with practical insight. Her experience as a Real Estate Rental Manager and Sales Agent allows her to expertly guide clients through every stage of property acquisition, development, and management.

Aloma’s passion for sustainable development, particularly sustainable construction methods and practices, has been a driving force in her professional journey. In 2014, she became a founding board member of the Belize Green Construction Organization, where she helped promote environmentally responsible building practices and green development across Belize. In alignment with her continued commitment to professional growth and excellence, Aloma is delighted to now hold membership in i-Search Belize since October 2025, which further enhances her ability to serve her clients.

Her approach to real estate is guided by the belief that property development should enhance both people’s lives and the environment. Aloma continues to blend innovation with purpose, which creates opportunities that contribute to Belize’s growth while preserving its natural beauty.
