Yamyri Nicholson is a bilingual Cayo Belize real estate agent who brings more than 15 years of experience in banking, financial services, branch management, customer service and office administration to every client relationship.

Based in the Cayo District and available to assist clients throughout Belize, Yamyri serves property buyers, sellers and owners as a buyer’s agent, listing agent and property manager. Her approach is built on clear communication, careful organization and a genuine commitment to understanding each client’s needs.

Before entering real estate, Yamyri built a strong professional foundation in banking and financial services. During her career with Atlantic Bank Ltd., she worked in customer service, administration and banking operations. Her responsibilities included managing customer accounts, processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, promoting banking services and training new employees.

Yamyri also spent nine years with Rapidito Loans (Cayo) Co. Ltd., where she was promoted to Branch Manager within four months. In that role, she supervised staff, managed daily operations, prepared contracts, maintained financial and inventory reports and developed lasting customer relationships. This experience strengthened her leadership, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills—all valuable qualities when assisting clients with important property decisions.

Her experience as a medical Spanish interpreter further developed her ability to communicate clearly and accurately in sensitive, high-pressure situations. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Yamyri can confidently assist a wider range of local, regional and international clients while helping to reduce communication barriers throughout the real estate process.

Yamyri holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Galen University and an Associate Degree in General Studies from St. John’s College. She values service, community involvement and meaningful professional relationships.
