About Me

I’m Janine, born in San Jose, Costa Rica but spent most of my life in the diverse and beautiful country of Belize. Growing up, I had the privilege of living in various parts of the world. This experience allowed me to develop an appreciation for different backgrounds, architectural and residential designs, and educational systems.

I pursued my education in colleges located in Guyana, Georgia/USA, and Rome. This gave me the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of cultural differences and lifestyles. It also helped me develop effective communication skills across cultural divides, which is crucial in the Real Estate world.

With over a decade of property management experience in real estate, as well as a background in merchandising, sales, and a degree in Interior Design, I believe I bring a unique set of skills to this highly competitive and lucrative market. My membership in Certified Interior Decorators International and my passion for transforming spaces with creativity allow me to appreciate architecture and interior designs, making me a well-rounded Belize Real Estate Agent.
